Lake Clarke Gardens Condominium, Inc. (the "Association") is a Not-For-Profit, Multi-Condominium Association with 855 units in 24 separate residential buildings. The State of Florida issued the Charter to build Lake Clarke Gardens on July 14, 1966. The Association is responsible for maintaining and preserving the common property of  the Lake Clarke Gardens  community consisting principally of lawn areas, sidewalks, parking lots, pools and the clubhouse.  The Association is governed by its restated by-laws and its restated and amended Declaration of Protective Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.  Although Lake Clarke Gardens has a Lake Worth mailing address, it is located in the unincorporated area of Palm Beach County.

The Association, a 55 plus community, is managed by its Board of Directors.  All Board Members and Committee Members are non-paid volunteers.  Lake Clarke Gardens does, however, employ a staff of fifteen, which includes maintenance staff and administrative staff.

The amenities throughout this fifty-five acre community are numerous and include two swimming pools, an exercise room, two saunas, a putting green, shuffleboard courts, a library, a carpenter shop, a billiard room, a card room, a conference room and an auditorium.
