• We have the obligation to recommend to the Board of Directors if there is a violation of our rules, suggest a fine or a letter to the owner in question.

 We give assurance to all owners that our rules & regulations are enforced and respected by all owners.

• We dedicate our time and effort for the welfare of all owners of Lake Clarke Gardens.
